Not just AU, VSTi too

As a result of inquiry emails and discussion on the HardSID Mac OS X mailing-list, I decided to put a VSTi into the pipeline too. I’ll try to keep the AU code / UI code as general as possible, so I can hopefully embed the same thing in a VSTi.
