The first sounds on OS X

I’ve been working very hard in the past ~two weeks on the HardSID 4U Audio Unit. Today is the day when I could first play with the HardSID 4U in Logic using a MIDI keyboard. All of the basic things like voice allocation (mono, poly, unision), arpeggio modes, oscillator parameters, filter parameters, adsr parameters, detune, portamento, etc… seem to work. It can run in up to four instances (one for each SID) and one instance has 83 parameters already. Check out the huge scrollbar on the generic view! More advanced things like modulation matrix/table editor for every oscillator are missing yet of course, but I’m happy with the current state. When all of the more advanced features will be implemented/ported, I’ll do the custom GUI for it (to make it to look as nice as the Windows VSTi). Wish me good luck! ;)
